Originally from San Diego, California Stu moved to South Lake Tahoe for skiing & became a restaurant manager. While managing The Chart House, in Aspen, Colorado Stu met his future wife, Tracy, & began his family in the Vail area. Stu and his family moved to Breckenridge in 1988 for the wonderful outdoor lifestyle and great “real town” fun atmosphere where he stayed earning his Brokers license in 1994. Keta Braggins

Keta Braggins moved to Breckenridge in 1985 after graduating from the University of Kansas.   She planned on staying for one ski season but fell in love with Breckenridge and the mountain lifestyle and all it had to offer.   Keta started selling real estate in Breckenridge in 1993 after teaching skiing for several years.    Her passion for living in the mountains is evident when assisting her clients buy and sell homes.  Keta’s enthusiasm for helping people with their real estate needs is a reflection of her commitment to excellent customer service.  Her integrity, honesty and knowledge of the Summit and Park County real estate market provide her customers with the best possible buying and selling experience.

Julia Regan

When my father was transferred from Davenport IA to Peoria IL during my eight grade year his company found us a Realtor and she changed my life. Our Realtor made the move so much easier for me because she was so informative and really listened. I knew then I wanted to sell Real Estate.

I first received my Real Estate License in 1997 in Illinois. I then moved to Winter Park, Colorado. Soon after I moving to Breckenridge and have lived there ever since. In 2000 I joined Re/Max and in 2010 became a part owner of Breckenridge Real Estate Group. My husband works for Keystone Resort and we truly enjoy mountain life; skiing, cross country skiing, golfing, hiking, biking and kayaking. My wife and I moved to Summit County from Iowa in 1985. Over the past 25 years, we have enjoyed all the Summit County has to offer. We have raised two daughters here, one who has graduated from Summit High School and the University of Colorado. As a family, we have enjoyed many activities together including wold class downhill and nordic skiing, mountain biking, gold and hiking.
We have gotten to experience many concerts and festivals offered throughout the county and small community feel has lead to many new friends and is what has kept us here.
I have worked as a corporate property manager, a licensed general contractor, and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991. My wife Dawn, assists me and has vast experience in the real estate market, as Vice President of Summit County Abstract and currently with Land Title. Scott Nordin

Scott Nordin started selling real estate in Breckenridge and Summit County Colorado in 1990. Scott grew up in Amherst Massachusetts and then attended the University of Massachusetts and graduated in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.in1987. After moving to Colorado soon after graduation, Scott worked for Hyatt Inc. in downtown Denver in management After pursuing real estate full time in 1990 Scott decided to work for 3 years for a firm in Frisco, Colorado. Then bought in as a co-owner of a firm in Breckenridge. For the next 9 years Scott co-managed up to 15 broker associates and conducted hundreds of transactions for his own clientele. As a partner in Breckenridge Real Estate Group Scott works with 80% to 85 % referral and repeat customers. Scott is an avid skier and loves the outdoors. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, white water kayaking, camping.

Michael was born in Massapequa, Long Island, and has been a Summit County Colorado resident for 26 years. He lives in Frisco, CO with wife Brooke and sons Max and Shamus. Raising a family in the County has enabled them to enjoy all aspects of the community including all the sports and recreation Colorado has to offer; skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, biking, hiking, tennis, rafting, rock climbing, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, etc. Michael was the captain of the 1978 Johns Hopkins University National Championship Lacrosse Team and a 4-year All-American, and was instrumental in starting the lacrosse program in Summit County for the elementary, middle and high schools.

A successful real estate transaction is built on strong relationships and having the experience to get it done. Having brought up kids here Michael is well acquainted with all aspects the area has to offer; as a parent, patron, concerned citizen, neighbor, employee, and employer.
